BT rivals offer own plan for Openreach

(Telecompaper) A UK industry coalition comprising Vodafone, Sky, TalkTalk, the Independent Networks Cooperative Association (INCA) and the Federation of Communication Services (FCS) has written to Ofcom CEO Sharon White outlining a '10 Point Plan for a Better Openreach'. This plan contains a series of proposals aimed at creating a reformed Openreach capable of delivering better quality services and faster, more reliable speeds for all its customers. If implemented in full, the signatories believe that it should deliver on Ofcom's vision for Openreach's future.
