On the last day of the citys fiscal year, Mayor Charlie Hales, Commissioner Steve Novick and Transportation Director Leah Treat will announce the results of their Back to Basics pledge made last June to conduct 100 miles of street maintenance projects during the fiscal year 2013-14.
