Cotton yarn prices have bottomed out in Bangladesh, in line with a reported rebound in demand for foreign cotton. Apparel exports have significantly slowed down in the summer, resulting in much weaker demand for yarn. Our monthly report covers Bangladeshi yarn prices, including cotton carded, cotton organic, melange, carded slub, cotton-polyester 60/40, cotton-polyester 40/60, and open end.
