Available in 25, 50, and 100 V ratings, Mini-TurboCap™ and RoHS-compliant Mini-TurboCap™ devices are suited for I/O EMI filtering in military and COTS+ switch mode power supply applications, industrial power converters, radar systems, and aerospace power electronics. Capacitance values include 82 µF for 25 V parts, 39 µF for 50 V parts, and 8.2 µF for 100 V parts. Constructed with stress-relieving lead frames and X7R dielectric materials, both series operate from -55 to +125°C.
