Germany-based Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, represented by Seattle-based Metzler Real Estate, snapped up 1000 Main for a cool $440 million in April. After a record-breaking deal fell through for 1000 Main amid falling oil prices in January, the property didn't stay on the market for long.
