(Telecompaper) Belgian businesses and consumers are at an advanced level of ICT usage but digital public services are lagging behind and the country needs to make more progress in human capital, according to a government study of the information society. The report, which compares Belgium with its European neighbours, found however that the country has an excellent level of internet connectivity.
