Belmont fire near Gaston College campus destroys business, shuts down Wilkinson Updated at

Fire crews in Belmont had to shut down Wilkinson Boulevard near the Gaston College campus early Wednesday morning in order to battle a structure fire that destroyed a machine shop. The fire at Automated Card Feeding started around 6 a.m. and destroyed the building where owner David Marrow built machines for the furniture industry.
