Thermal CVD Cube grows bilayer graphene using thermoplastic polymer as solid carbon source as evidenced by atomic force microscopy and optic microscopy. Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) is used in research and development laboratories, especially for synthesis of carbon nanostructures of graphene, vertically aligned carbon nanotubes, or silicon nano wires. System allows users to sequentially program each reaction step through CVD Express software.
