Multi-CCD optics are equipped with vacuum chamber to cover complete wavelength range from 165–780 nm. Fully digital source (spark generator) is controlled via external Windows® PC and offers optimized excitation parameters. Jet-Stream-Technology within sample stand, which is open on 3 sides, offers ability to measure sample of almost any size or shape.
