A group led by Bernhard Capital Partners Management has acquired Willbros Group Inc.'s downstream engineering services in Baton Rouge and heater engineering services in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Bernhard Capital Partners is an investment fund headed by J.M. "Jim" Bernhard Jr., the former chairman of The Shaw Group.
