Bicycle Parking Code Update & Proposed Fee Increase

The need for the LUS fee increase is from covering the cost of increased time to review building permit plans for the new bike parking regulations. The fee increase is proposed to take effect on March 1, 2020, when the bike parking regulations take effect.
