Biden to Take Steps Toward Oil-drilling Ban on Federal Land: Report

Citing unnamed sources, the New York Times said that U.S. President Joe Biden would issue an executive order on Jan. 27 directing federal agencies to determine how expansive the ban on new oil and gas drilling on federal land should be.
