Big changes coming to art-house theater in Arlington

AMC Theatres and Shirlington Village owner Federal Realty Investment Trust are planning a complete renovation of the seven-screen movie theater in the Arlington development. The overhaul will include, yes, those insanely comfortable red, leather recliners and possibly even the availability of beer and wine, if they are able to obtain the right ABC licenses.
