Wall Street Journal: Environmental group NextGen Climate Action, founded by wealthy California Democrat Tom Steyer, tackled one of its favorite targets Monday, the Keystone XL pipeline, in a conference sponsored by Mr. Steyer in Washington.
Mr. Steyer and environmental groups such as the League of Conservation Voters hope they can help convince President Barack Obama to reject the Keystone pipeline development - ahead of a decision that may be announced in next few months.
