U.S. Court of Appeals for District of Columbia Circuit rejected petition by Monroe Energy, LLC challenging EPA's 2013 Renewable Fuel Standards. After EPA reduced cellulosic biofuel volume for 2013, Monroe Energy challenged EPA’s decision not to reduce renewable fuel and advanced biofuel volumes by same or lesser amount.
