Today: After steady declines through the first half of December, Silicon Valley tech stocks rebound healthily ahead of Oracle's earnings report. After a brutal beginning to December that sent Silicon Valley tech stocks down 6 percent, shares shot higher Wednesday to recover nearly a third of their lost value ahead of the ceremonial end of the region's earnings season, the report from software giant Oracle.
