Demonstrating emissivity greater than 0.90 at temperatures to 2,500°F, HiE-Coat™ 840-C helps combustion chambers, ovens, and furnaces distribute heat uniformly. Jet-black, water-based ceramic coating is applied to ceramic and refractory surfaces using sponge brush, roller, or conventional spray equipment. Curing is accomplished in operation or by heating for 1–2 hours at 200°F. Odorless and water-soluble, HiE-Coat™ 840-C contains no VOCs and will not outgas upon curing or during operation.
