Black Hills Corp. Buys MGTC Pipeline In Wyoming

Black Hills Corp. says it's buying 400 miles of natural gas pipeline from MGTC Inc., a certificated Wyoming public gas utility and an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Anadarko Petroleum Corp. Rapid City-based Black Hills will pay $6 million for the system that serves about 400 customers in northeast Wyoming.
