For more than two years, Wall Street's love affair with drug makers has been fueled by the race to launch exciting new cancer drugs and oral therapies for hepatitis C. This weekend, Swiss drug maker Novartis got a big shot in the arm from a new drug that could be the biggest breakthrough in the treatment of heart failure in more than a decade.
