Bloomberg: Vantage Energy may be on the sales block

Independent oil and gas producer Vantage Energy Inc. has begun shopping itself around and has approached EQT Corp. , among others, about a sale, according to Bloomberg. Citing unidentified sources, Bloomberg reported the company, which is focused on the Appalachian basin and holds about 48,000 acres in Greene County, is working with Barclays Plc to find a buyer.
