Blue Bell ice cream returns to Knoxville

Blue Bell ice cream will be available in the Knoxville area again beginning Monday following last year's listeria scare. The Kroger in Fountain City, located at 5201 Broadway, will be the first in the area to receive Blue Bell, according to Kroger spokeswoman Melissa Eads.
