Based on Cambridge Silicon Radio (CSR) BC04 chipset, firmware on BTM46x series lets OEMs support Bluetooth® data connectivity for all PCs, smartphones, and tablets — including Apple iOS devices. Apple licensees can leverage Bluetooth data connectivity, via iAP protocol, into MFI accessories. At 12.5 x 22 mm, modules support separate power supply for I/O in addition to complete Bluetooth v2.1 protocol stack, and support for multi-point connections is standard.
