Body found near railroad tracks off Route 22 in N.J.

A body was found about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday along railroad tracks that run under the bridge to Phillipsburg Commerce Park in Lopatcong Township . The body appeared to be that of a man and was lying nearly perpendicular to the tracks in the gully that runs across the north end of the former Ingersoll Rand plant.
