The U.S. Navy awarded a contract to Tapestry Solutions, a non-fully integrated subsidiary of The Boeing Company, to provide technical support and services to its Tactical Mobile (TacMobile) program. This program provides fixed-site and mobile command, control, communications, computers and intelligence capability, also known as C4I.
