Brazilian artist Rafael Mantesso sold a photo book featuring his bull terrier, Jimmy Choo, to Charlie Conrad at Gotham Books. Alan Nevins at Renaissance Literary & Talent represented Mantesso, selling world rights to the book at auction, for six figures.
