BRATTLEBORO >> A proposal to put an auto parts store in place of Friendly's on Putney Road will come before the Development Review Board this month. O'Reilly Automotive, which has many locations around the United States, submitted an application that will be addressed on Feb. 17. "They are seeking a variance from the Land Use Regulations for the minimum building height and two waivers for dimensional requirements," said Brattleboro Planning Director Rod Francis.
