Bratz dolls toymaker gets OK for Chatsworth office, housing campus

The Los Angeles City Council on Wednesday signed off on a plan for a toymaker's Chatsworth campus, with supporters calling the manufacturing, office and residential proposal the first of its kind in the city. The council backed MGA Entertainment's proposed development, which will bring 660 market-rate apartments and retail and restaurants to 24 acres near Prairie Street and Winnetka Avenue.
