Inflation data released Friday show annual inflation fell in November, but remains below targets and underscores the need for Brazil's central bank to raise interest rates. Brazil stocks are mixed in U.S. trading with the exception of airline GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes , which is up 3% as a beneficiary of tumbling oil prices.
