The Downtown Columbia Partnership is presenting Festive Fridays, family friendly holiday entertainment produced by the Columbia Festival of the Arts, on Dec. 11 and 18, 5-8 p.m., at the Lakefront Promenade in Downtown Columbia. Musical groups, carolers, strolling entertainers dressed like characters from the movie "Frozen," scavenger hunt with prizes, giveaways and free hot cider and cookies courtesy of Whole Foods Market will be featured.
