British brand Ben Sherman sold to US equity firm for A 40.8m

Oxford Industries sold the fashion brand Ben Sherman to US equity firm Marquee Brands for A 40.8m. The company said it expects to receive net cash proceeds of $58m and a non-cash loss of discontinued operations.
