Suited for design engineers performing on-wafer device characterization, VectorStar™ ME7838D offers frequency coverage from 70 kHz to 145 GHz in one sweep using coaxial test port. Broadband system can conduct single sweep on device over multiple RF, microwave, and millimeter wave waveguide bands. Along with MA25300A Non-Linear Transmission Line (NLTL) module, features include 0.8 mm test port connector, 110 ms measurement speed for 401 points at 10 kHz IFBW, and stability of 0.1 dB over 24 hr.
