What's scarier - manning a ballistic missile submarine or asking someone to fork over millions of dollars for a Manhattan apartment? The one-time Navy man and Bronx native is the first of a group of veterans making the transition from protecting the country to pushing apartments as part of a program by local Manhattan brokerage Rutenberg Realty seeking to find work for members of the armed forces.
