Brown-Forman distillery bond is endorsed

Brown-Forman is closer to its goal of building a distillery and visitors center, thanks to the endorsement of tax-exempt municipal bond financing. The Courier-Journal reports that the Louisville Metro Council's Labor and Economic Development Committee voted unanimously Thursday to recommend that the council approve a resolution for the issuance of up to $35 million in financing.
