Buckeye Technologies Inc. announced that at a special stockholders' meeting held today, Buckeye stockholders approved the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of April 23, 2013, by and among Georgia-Pacific LLC , GP Cellulose Group LLC and Buckeye .
