Calgary-based Enbridge Inc. is garnering attention for delivering Canadian tar sands crude oil to southern Texas, but Al Monaco , Enbridge president and CEO, also touted his company's growing Houston presence. Enbridge subsidiaries Enbridge Energy Partners LP , Midcoast Energy Partners LP and Enbridge Energy Management LLC are all based out of the 1100 Louisiana Building in downtown Houston.
