Budget will back offshore supply chain, hints minister

ENERGY MINISTER Matthew Hancock has dropped a strong hint that next week's Budget will include measures to support the region's beleaguered offshore supply industry. Teesside trenching company Reef Subsea UK this week became the latest North-East firm to be rocked by falling oil prices, as it entered administration and made 43 people redundant.
