LSE Space is looking for experienced Engineer mfd in order to fulfill the duty of Business Development Manager mfd As an independent space consultancy, LSE Space has been supporting satellite and manned missions in both the industrial and public sectors since 1990. Today LSE Space is part of SSC, the Swedish Space Corporation. Based on almost 30 years of experience we can offer a wide range of services such as Operations Services where we cover the full mission range. Our expertise includes satellite operations and engineering, ground segment operations and engineering, space engineering and scientific services, simulations and training as well as systems engineering and software solutions. Here we deliver services for the ground segment, including project management, system engineering, software development and system test, integration and validation. The Business Development Manager mfd we are looking for will be responsible for managing our service team and developing business with one of our largest customers. Additionally, heshe will support the organization to identify, pursue and exploit business opportunities in the European space sector. Knowledge, skills and abilities Proven experience in account management Space enthusiast with a large amount of experience of our core business Existing network in the space ops sector Adept at understanding technical and complex problems Strong customer focus and orientation Ability to work independently Proficient in writing proposals Independent, selfdriven Ability to learn and gather information. Academic requirements A University or similar degree in an engineering field, preferable aerospace engineering or similar discipline. The position will be located in Darmstadt.
