Metro Denver home sellers listed nearly 1,600 more homes in March than they did in February, but buyers snatched them up as quickly as they appeared. "Welcome to the Pac-Man market, where we navigate through a maze of very limited dots of new listings that are magically gobbled up as quickly as they appear on the market," said Anthony Rael, chair of the market trends committee at the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, which released the report Friday.
