The VSC3645 is a GaN 4.2 kW pulsed solid state power amplifier modules operating in the C-band and is designed for maritime and defense radars, and high performance weather radars. They also feature air cooled GaN transistors that are combined into a 4.2 kW output, which are power-combined using radial combiners and waveguide combiners.
