C.H. Robinson to pay $365M for online freight broker Freightquote

Freightquote Executive Chairman Tim Barton said in the release that the company spent a long time looking for the right strategic partner and is pleased to be joining C.H. Robinson, which is based in Eden Prairie. Barton will be a consultant to Freightquote after the acquisition closes.
