Available for PowerMILL CAM system used for high-speed and 5-axis machining, Rib-Machining Module enables users to program machining of cavities for narrow ribs, even when cutter's length is much greater than its diameter. First stage of process is to create pattern for single rib by sketching line along its length. PowerMILL uses this line to automatically identify all surfaces needed to form rib. Machining sequence is then calculated.
