CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. Value 6 has added two apartment communities to its portfolio. The fund sponsored by CBRE Global Investors has purchased Dunwoody Place in the Buckhead/Sandy Springs, Ga. and The Connection at Buffalo Pointe in Houston.
