CDC: 172 people on cruise fell ill with norovirus

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says that 172 people on the Crown Princess arriving in California on Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014 have fallen ill with the highly contagious norovirus during a nearly monthlong trip.
