CDC Orders $2.7 Million in Ebola-Specific Personal Protective Equipment

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ordered $2.7 million in personal protective equipment to increase the supply available to U.S. hospitals caring for Ebola patients. The CDC said its supply of PPE will be configured into kits that can be delivered quickly to hospitals that need them.
