Role Purpose Develop and maintain the companys Customer Relationship Management CRM software create and edit CRM dashboards, forms and workflows producing periodic CRM KPI reports and dashboards Key Responsibilities Interact with Commercial Director, Sales and Customer Experience teams to design a CRM based on NetSuite which best suites the business needs of the company Develop, field and maintain the companys Customer Relationship Management CRM software Define and implement CRM KPI reports, dashboards, forms and workflows Supervise and maintain the configuration and operation of the CRM Train Sales and Customer Experience teams on the CRM systems use and capabilities Produce periodic CRM KPI reports and dashboards for the senior management team in conjunction with Commercial Director Delivering accurate sales customer usage information to deadlines to support the analysis of profitability for sales forecasting and planning purposes Education and Requirements Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Business Administration or similar is strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Working experience with databases and CRM NetSuite experience preferred Valuable 2 years plus experience as a Senior Analyst in sales departments or in quantitative investigations Fluent in English Skills Analytical Synthesizes complex or diverse information collects and researches data designs workflows and procedures. Design Generates creative solutions uses feedback to modify designs applies design principles demonstrates attention to detail. Problem Solving Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner gathers and analyzes information skillfully develops alternative solutions works well in group problem solving situations uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Works and adapts in a highly dynamic and growing environment. Team player with proactive and positive attitude
