CST Brands completes spin-off from Valero

CST Brands Inc., which owns the Corner Store and Depanneur du Coin convenience store brands, is now officially a separate company from Valero Energy Corp. San Antonio-based CST Brands is now the second-largest publicly traded fuel and convenience store retailer in North America.
