CSX proposes heavier, faster trains - but no crossing safety upgrades

CSX Corporation wants to upgrade the tracks that run from Indianapolis to Louisville, then increase train traffic to an additional 10-15 trains per day. Plus, the trains would be heavier, longer and faster.
