CVFD open burn program through end of May

2015-04-01 06:39:16| Waste Management - Topix.net

Anyone who plans to burn brush, weeds or other vegetation this year may obtain a burn permit from the Camp Verde Fire District office at no cost through May 31, though that date may change "depending on the fire danger level at that time," said Camp Verde Fire Marshal Kristi Gagnon. CVFD and Arizona Department of Environmental Quality entered into an Inter-Governmental Agreement in 2014, in which ADEQ signed a Delegation of Authority to CVFD to issue burn permits on their behalf for residents within the district.
