The Curbside Value Partnership's Recycling Partnership , Falls Church, Virginia, has named Cody Marshall its technical assistance coordinator. In naming him to the position, the CVP says that Marshall has considerable experience working with local governments and recycling programs, which will be a significant asset to the Recycling Partnership as it couples its funding with targeted operational and educational outreach assistance.
