Operating up to 1,250°F and providing 50 x 50 x 50 in. workspace dimensions, No. 975 is equipped with 160 kW Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements that heat oven chamber, and 6,000 cfm 5 hp recirculating blower that provides horizontal airflow to workload. Electrically heated oven has 10 in. insulated walls comprising 2 in. of 1,900°F block insulation and 8 in. of 10 lb/cf density rockwool insulation. Insulated floor is reinforced for 1,000 lb loading with ¼ in. thick, Type 304 SS plate.
